Health Food #1: Strawberries humble strawberry. Sweet, delicious and make they make a damn good eaton mess! But these summery fruits don’t just taste delicious, they also have a plethora of benefits for your health.

Strawberries are a great source of Vitamin C which is antioxidant-promoting in your body, but why exactly? Well, Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, can be said to boost your immune system by attacking the nucleic acid in viruses.

As well as this, Vitamin C helps your body to make Collagen – an important protein for the production of skin and to ensure its elasticity..i.e. keep it wrinkle free. Vitamin C is one of the vitamins that our body does not produce naturally and therefore it’s essential to intake it regularly from foods.
