Last week I received a lovely box of superfood powders from Minvtia and instantly had to whip up a delicious VEGAN smoothie bowl full of goodness, and also decided to share the recipe! I went for a delicious mix of mango, banana, almond milk and the star of the show, Baobab powder.

Smoothie Bowl Recipe: (makes 2 servings)
- 2 Bananas
- One mango – peeled and cut into chunks, but save a little extra for topping!
- 1 Tbsp of Cashew Nuts – add as many or as little as you like, I mostly added these for the protein boost rather than the taste.
- 2 Dessert spoons of Minvita Baobab Powder.
- good dash of Almond Milk – again as much as you’d like for the desired thickness
